How to eat NY without being in NY

Dawn is baking! I took a day off of school to just relax and hang out here at the house. I'm about to bake a great batch of NY Cheesecake Brownies that can be found in an excellent cookie cookbook that was recommended to me by Mrs. Shortcake.
